The Executive Assistant/Corporate Lending Administrator will handle all operational needs as assigned and back-up for the other
Administrative Assistants.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly ALCO projections and routine deposit.
  • Prepare loan reporting for review by the Chief Lending Officer and Lending Division
  • Manage annual budget process
  • Prepare monthly budget presentation for the Senior Management Team
  • Prepare $20MM & Over write-ups for presentation by the Chief Lending Officer to the Board of Directors
  • Work with IT and Corporate Lending to create managerial reports on Salesforce and Datanet.
  • Work with IT and Corporate Lending to create workflows on SalesForce (i.e. account opening workflow)
  • Monitor Salesforce loan pipeline
  • Create agendas, division meeting, ad-hoc reporting,
  • Track the monthly $20MM and Over report and notify the respective Relationship Managers
  • Daily position report including the 2-month look back
  • Provide event planning coordinating with marketing as needed

Competencies:

  • College degree or equivalent in banking
  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience.
  • Experience dealing directly with customers.

This role will be part of an assistant admin team who will back each other up in coverage. Responsibilities * Calendar Management/ Outlook - Schedule internal/external meetings and appointments; coordinate conference rooms /calls and disseminate all logistics to meeting attendees * Conference Event Planning Skills – Organize, gather and enter details for upcoming line of business events / trips / meetings / activities / group collaborations * Travel – Coordinate international/domestic travel arrangements (air, hotel accommodations and ground transportation) with travel agency; prepare detailed itineraries, required travel visas/documents, and assure accuracy and timely delivery of plans/tickets to travelers * Expense Management – Concur.
