Position Summary
Brown Advisory is currently seeking a professional, energetic and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Global COO of the Institutional Business in our Baltimore office and the Head of Institutional Sustainable Investing. Candidates must possess the professional maturity to handle confidential and delicate issues and internal matters.
The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Act as a gatekeeper to minimize distractions and prioritize outcomes.
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives including acting as a liaison via phone, email or in person as necessary and ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses.
Schedule, organize, and prepare materials and technology for meetings; assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events and other activities where support is required.
Support executives in managing and tracking key projects and deliverables, follow up with stakeholders and on open issues when requested.
Collect data and prepare reporting on a recurring basis for executive review; prepare and copy edit documents and procure signatures for execution as needed.
Develop visually effective presentations and other board, committee, and reporting materials for the executives.
Assist with various other needs of the executives, ensuring any task or special project is managed efficiently and with discretion.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Experience copy editing and creating professionally designed content preferred.
Illustrates tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
Proactive in anticipating needs and motivated to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Salary: $70-85k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
