avad3 Event Production is looking for an experienced, energetic assistant to support our leader!

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s owner/leader. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support. 

With years of experience supporting different executives, you’re positive you love the role of Executive Assistant and you’re eager to serve in an environment where you are valued, where you can make a difference on a business smaller than a major corporation, and where you’re not expected to be “on” 24/7 as some Executive Assistant roles require. This is an existing role with an established structure, being departed on good terms, serving a leader who has had an assistant for years. You’ll be a part of our executive team alongside our Project Manager, led and managed by our Chief of Staff. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the owner/leader of the company 
  • Maximizing leader’s efficiency and output through seeking out and solving workflow bottlenecks 
  • Inbox, calendar and task list management 
  • Composing presentation materials, spreadsheets, and internal/external correspondence for sales, marketing, operations, administration and leadership

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Two or more years of administrative experience (executive assistant experience preferred)
  • Tech-savvy on Mac, iOS
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Mail and Calendar
  • Previous creative experience in graphic design, writing or web (preferred)
