Reporting to the Operations Director, this position is primarily responsible for supporting and assisting the EVP of Operations. Additional duties may also include analytical analysis for some data within the department, assisting with business resumption plans within Insurance and enterprise functions supporting Insurance, liaison to managers and employees for onboarding and offboarding activities, and edits to Pulse pages for Ally Insurance. This position also provides administrative support to the Detroit Operations team.
Administrative support to the EVP of Operations consists of travel and event planning, processing of expense reports, and proactive thinking. Position requires employee to think independently, address and engage resources for problem-solving, and anticipate needs based on previous experiences.
Analytic analysis on various projects for management requires collection, evaluation, and distribution of data within the department or through various channels. The ability to communicate output utilizing Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
Assist with business resumption planning. Role requires the employee to work independently with various department members to validate a viable business plan.
Onboarding / Offboarding Liaison
Create and maintain facility pages for each of the Ally Insurance offices in Pulse to include facility and security information that is shared with employees. Complete quarterly reviews with contacts from Insurance offices to provide updates and add new documentation when needed. Work closely with the business to maintain the most up to date department information.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
