The Executive Assistant will perform a wide variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to: maintaining Vice President's records and preparing for committee meetings; preparing letters, reports, and meeting minutes; scheduling meetings; maintaining calendars; coordinating special programs/projects; implementing office procedures and performing other secretarial duties to maintain a professional office environment.
Associate degree in business administration or equivalent experience required
Strong computer skills
Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an office setting
Calendar management: ability to make intuitive decisions about how to manage
Meeting management: agenda, minutes, set-up, take down, coordinating/organizing
Strong technology competency: MS Suite, database management, virtual meeting/conference software, etc.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent telephone etiquette, speaking/communication skills; tact and positive demeanor
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
Ability to process and organize large amounts of data
Ability to problem-solve
Ability to speak in front of a group of people
