Ivy Rehab Networkis looking to hire an Executive Administrator to be located remotely (this is a work-from-home opportunity!).

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Administrator! In this role, the successful teammate will be responsible for supporting the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Operations Team.

What you will do

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

  • Lead a variety of projects from beginning to end with extensive attention to detail and creativity

  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

  • Make travel arrangements as needed

  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs

  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

  • Coordinates and schedules onsite events and meetings

  • Support other departments as needed

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred and a High School degree with experience may be considered; additional certifications are a plus.

  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistantor in other secretarial positions

  • Exceptions time management and project management skills

  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills

  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • High level verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Ability to lightly travel as needed
