Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to two Honeywell executives in Human Resources and Communications. You will work closely with business group leaders, and enjoy frequent interaction with internal employees and external customers. You'll contribute to a team of highly committed professionals by demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth global travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes. Additional responsibilities include T&E filing, visitor management, employee award program support, and regular phone and email support.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 + years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level leaders to include calendar management, global travel coordination, and T&E filing.

  • 5 + years of proficient experience with Microsoft OfficeSuite

  • High School Diploma

The QMS Business Systems Administrator is the key user/business administrator supporting Quality IT systems used by CGTDM Morris Plains, Basel and East Hanover sites, including technical support, lifecycle and workflow management, training development and delivery, and system implementation. Support QMS implementation and the broader Quality Compliance organization (deviations, CAPA, quality events, inspections, etc.). Major Accountabilities: * Support shifts covering daytime / evening and one or both weekend days as required. * Key user/business administrator for Quality IT systems used by CGTDM Morris Plains, Basel and East Hanover sites, including Agile, AQWA, Condor, ESOPS and Subway Quality. * Accountable for management of user access (on-boarding/off-boarding/IGM review), technical support, system troubleshooting, and submission/reconciliation of support tickets to applicable global system support team. * Responsible for managing document lifecycle in Condor, ESOPs, and Subway Quality. Manage document workflows as applicable to the system administrator role for each system, including but not limited to document state changes, format check, document withdrawal, and template creation. * Implement Quality IT system training programs, including development of training materials and training curriculum content in collaboration with the Training Department. Schedule and provide classroom training as applicable to each system. For AQWA-Q, provide classroom training for Deviation, OOS/OOE, Quality Event, Complaints, and CAPA modules. * Lead or support development and/or implementation of Quality IT system enhancements and upgrades that affect CGTDM, including but not limited to user requirements, data migration, and performance qualifications. * Lead or support the creation/revision of Quality Modules, Quality Standards, SOPs, WPs, FRMs and technical reports related to Quality Management Systems as a subject matter expert for CGTDM. * Establish and generate Quality IT system metrics and reports as needed to support CGTDM. Distribute global Quality IT system communications and maintenance schedules to impacted CGTDM system users. * Lead or support documentation management compliance activities as needed (SOP updates, remediation activities, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, etc.). * Support inspection activities as needed for self-inspection, corporate inspection, and Health Authority inspections (e.g. backroom support, on deck support, RFIs, etc.). * Maintain current knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements and trends as well as Novartis Quality Standards . Education: Bachelors or higher in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biology, other related science, or equivalent experience required. Experience: 5+ years of related pharmaceutical experience to include cell gene therapy preferred.
