We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant I. Impacts department efficiency and productivity and may support the department chair or physician. Performs complex administrative and secretarial duties requiring judgment within general guidelines. .


  • Able to handle highly confidential information

  • Mail pick up, distribution, and processing (scanning, printing, filing)

  • Processing of checks that come in the Office that need to go to Development

  • Ordering of supplies

  • Keeping water, coffee, sodas stocked and organized daily

  • Conference room scheduling

  • Parking scheduling and management for guests of President's Office

  • Back up for catering


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Specialized training in secretarial skills (such as word processing and business).

  • Required four years secretarial experience including advanced secretarial duties.

  • C-level administrative experience

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone skills

  • Excellent etiquette and protocol skills

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Quick learner

Accountable for office operations. Identifies problems, Develops and Implements solutions; plans, organizes and prioritizes assignments within the office 9. May conduct limited research for information. 10. Demonstrates efficiency in scheduling, creates complex documents and exercises discretion and independent judgment in matters of importance and ensures the general operations of the office are functioning to maximum capacity 11. Prepares correspondence and other material requiring considerable judgment and knowledge of health system operations; files, retrieves, and coordinates all incoming and outgoing correspondence and necessary paperwork related to the overall management of the assigned executive area 12.
