The successful Executive Administrative Assistant to Global Head of Strategy, Digital and Business Innovation candidate must be a great teammate who is proactive and can successfully handle multiple assignments with challenging priorities in a fast paced environment, while proactively reaching out within the organization to find solutions, anticipate needs of manager, have excellent attention to detail and function as a partner. He or she must maintain a very high level of confidentiality and securely handle sensitive material with all levels of management, in a professional manner. Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills are required for interactions internally and with external partners; ability to lead by influence, and design and improve admin processes.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • High school degree

  • At least 8 years related administrative experience, preferably in a high volume/fast paced environment

  • Excellent administrative skills including through knowledge of standard procedures and protocols, departmental organization and reporting structure, Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, internet explorer Ariba, Concur, etc.

  • Flexibility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a timely fashion, with minimum supervision and efficient follow up

  • Proactive, efficient, and customer focused

  • Must be able to exercise independent judgment and interact optimally with internal and external customers including international colleagues.

  • Possess team oriented approach; excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills along with proficiency in all admin skills

  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Position will be filled at level commensurate with experience

Desirable Requirements:

  • College degree or administrative assistant school certificate preferred

The successful candidate for the Senior Administrative Assistant, CRM candidate will provide high-level administrative support for the VP of Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism Sales! The role requires a highly proactive individual who can handle a variety of confidential matters, and make critical decisions in a professional, mature, and discrete manner. In this role, you will possess attention to detail and quality, as well as strong initiative and execution capabilities. He or she will possess the ability to handle multiple assignments with challenging priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position supports up to 3 additional senior leaders and help out other administrative staff and provide coverage when needed. Your job responsibilities will include but not limited to: * Calendar management * Scheduling meetings * Meeting preparation * Purchase order/invoice management * Maintain Field Rosters * Respond to inquiries from matrix business partners and senior management * Meeting planning for small and large meetings * Domestic and international travel arrangements * Complete and review expense reports * Various tasks such as operational duties, ordering supplies, and lunches as well as project support as needed What you will bring to the table: * HS Diploma * Minimum of 3 years of highly successful administrative support experience * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Exceptional teammate * Position will be filled at level commensurate with experience Desired Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or secretarial school certificate * Highly successful administrative support in pharmaceutical, medical and/or science fields We believe the answers are found when curious, courageous and collaborative people like you are brought together in an inspiring environment.
