In this role, the Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative duties, including but not limited to calendar management, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, processing reimbursements, analyzing/collecting data on quality and performance improvement initiatives, taking meeting minutes to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. In addition, you will provide assistance with the onboarding and orientation process. We are looking for a candidate that will work to promote excellence in all areas of the medical staff department and serves as the champion for continued process improvement.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Prior administrative support experience working for senior executives is preferred as is an ability to work in a highly collaborative environment

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare and customer service

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple providers across medical disciplines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and other tools
