Landry's has an open position for an Executive Administrative Assistant at our Corporate Headquarters in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. The position reports to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

The qualified candidate will provide administrative assistance, including with answering phones, typing, and other general administrative responsibilities. Including but not limited to:

  • Track budgetary financial information using Excel

  • Maintain worksheets of financial information; prepare reports;

  • Participate in project-based work as needed.

  • Duties and tasks may vary in scope and complexity, requiring judgment and well-honed skills to successfully accomplish tasks with limited direct supervision

  • Screen callers, arrange meetings, manage office mail/email/ and other communications ensuring correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled

Three to five years in an Executive Administrative Assistant function required, including prior experience working with a Chief Financial Officer.

Ability to work in an extremely confidential environment; comfortable adapting to a rapidly changing environment; excellent attention to detail. Thorough knowledge of Excel and typing skills are required. Must be capable of managing and following through with various projects and tasks.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment.

Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals; listens carefully and has the ability to perform as a team member. Exceedingly well organized and flexible.

Working Conditions:

Overtime may be required.
