Seeking talent who can represent the SVP for the ChiefDigitial Officer with a high level of professionalism and organization.
This Executive Administrative Assistant will beresponsible for working closely with and managing the office of the SVP of the ChiefDigital Officer. This is an important and visible position bothinternally and externally. The successful candidate will need to becapable of performing advanced, diversified and confidential administrativeduties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge ofthe organization and its policies and practices. Effective candidate in this role will demonstrate initiative and flexibility.
Performs a variety of support functions to a Senior Executive(SVP) and his/her leadership team. Serves as an intermediary between theexecutive and management, customers and associates.
Responsible for scheduling and preparing agendafor regular and special meetings, for securing requested information and forcompiling various reports and analyses.
Review budget/financials for details.
Maintains the daily appointment calendar.
Determines priorities and monitors the status ofprojects.
Responsible for travel arrangements, meeting coordinationand conferences.
May act as a Meeting Recorder-summarizing actionitems precisely.
May provide direction and/or oversee otherdepartment administrative/clerical associates
Performs diversified and confidentialadministrative duties requiring comprehensive skill and knowledge oforganization policies and procedures.
Provides superior quality outcomes by takingownership of administrative services to ensure quality work.
Handles more complex administrative duties.
Conducts research to assist executive withinquiries or issues.
Demonstrates full competence in own area of work,including excellent organizational skills.
Makes significant contribution to work team.
Works without significant guidance.
HS diploma (college degree preferred)
8 years related experience required.
Excellent communication skills (both written andverbal).
Ability to forge strong relationships throughout organization.
Demonstrate flexibility, ability to re-prioritize with changes.
Excellent customer relation and organizationalskills as well as excellent understanding of office practices and procedures.
Knowledge of Business English includingpunctuation, spelling and grammar and knowledge of personal computers andrelated software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.).
Excellent typing and keyboard skills.
Incumbent must be task-oriented with an excellentsense of priority, logic and objectivity.
Prior experience reviewing large budget/financials.
Strong PC skills (ability to learn new technology easily), Outlook required, PowerPoint is preferred.
