Centennial Medical Center's 43-acre campus is home to TriStar Centennial Heart & Vascular Center, TriStar Centennial Advanced Joint Replacement Institute, TriStar Centennial Women's Hospital, The Children's Hospital at TriStar Centennial, Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, and TriStar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion.
The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as the primary contact for the CEO, CMO, COO, and CFO. This position performs clerical functions, maintains calendar(s), and prepares correspondence for officers and Administrator as needed.
General Essential Functions
Manages and prioritizes meetings for the Administrator's calendar
Serves as primary contact for the Administrator via telephone, e-mail, mail and visitors
Prepares correspondence for the Administrator and maintains files for all relevant documents
Serves as liaison for Heart & Vascular Administration to the Medical Staff, Service Line Leadership, and HCA
Assists Administrators with special project requests
Schedule executive meetings and travel plans
Prepares assigned meeting minutes, documents and presentations.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Greet visitors and determine how to best direct their inquiries

2.Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patients, guests, physicians, and other employees.
3.CNA or successful completion of a CNA course required. CNA certification or eligibility preferred must pass the CNA exam within 6 months of hire OR Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Nursing course in an accredited school of professional nursing (verified by transcript). A student enrolled in an RN program who discontinues their nursing school program is required to obtain a Nurse Aide in the State of TN within 30 days of their discontinuation of the program.
4.Current BLS required.
