Job Duties and Responsibilities
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Vice President of Technology Development, you will perform project coordination and administrative duties for our new office location. This is a fast paced, highly technical office and the ideal candidate will see this position vital and central to the team's productivity, continuing success and growth. Responsibilities include managing complex schedules, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, customer relations and other administrative duties including the following:
Proactively and independently schedule appointments and coordinate meetings on behalf of the team
Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings and expense reporting.
Compose and prepare correspondence, reports and other complex documents.
Order and deliver office supplies, equipment and mail for department.
Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond or route as appropriate.
Assist department in large meeting preparation, including catering, presentation setup, room reservations and guest assistance.
Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores and promotions.

Skills - Experience and Requirements
A successful Administrative Assistant will have the following:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational and communications skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint a plus
Able to track and coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables
Ability to be flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment.
