Supporting our expanding options sales team as an execution trader you will be part of a team that is pricing directly for our institutional clients in listed derivatives. You will be working closely with our derivatives traders to help deliver optimal pricing to these external counterparties. Responsible for handling orders from quote request and throughout the entirety of the post trade processes, a point of contact for our external counterparties and will be responsible for managing any problems or enquiries that may arise.
In the role you will:
Working closely with clients and market makers to execute client trades at optimal levels.
Manage the relationships with existing clients to resolve any issues that arise.
Help strengthening client relationships through efficiate and crisp service.
What we're looking for
3rd level degree, preferably in a finance related discipline
Analytical experience within a financial services internship or graduate programme is a distinct advantage.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Ambitious and self-motivated, not afraid to ask questions and use own initiative.
Effective problem solving and analytical skills; including effective troubleshooting in a fast paced, time critical environment.
Keen interest in financial markets essential. Knowledge of equity derivatives products an advantage
