Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and allied health staff, to coordinate patient care.
• Educate and support patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an RN.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and locations as needed.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: Experience in an acute care or hospital setting.
