  • TESS program which provides critical services and support to meet the demands of the USCG mission. CSRA's TISCOM TESS program is an environment that mixes physical and virtual technologies, utilizing a collaboration of many different vendors. TISCOM TESS sets precedence for IT policies and procedures for the entire enterprise, supporting over 65,000 users in a Windows Active Directory architecture. Currently, we are seeking an Exchange and Mobility Systems Administrator in Alexandria, VA. The selected candidate must hold a current government security clearance, per contract requirements (Clearance Level: Secret).

Knowledge/Skills/Responsibilities

The Administrator will serve as a technical resource responsible for the following:

  • Utilizing the device management application platforms to provision, deploy, manage, and support devices.

  • Serve as a technical resource responsible for supporting all department devices to include deploying applications and applying configurations to align with all security standards and device configuration standards.

  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to MS exchange servers

  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 and Lync and Skype for Business

  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to Blackberry UEM.

  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to AirWatch.

  • Respond to and resolve incident tickets for Exchange and Mobile device issues

  • Provide after-hour support and on-call support as required.

To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:

  • BA or equivalent 5 years related experience, or MA + 3 years related experience

  • 5+ years' of experience with production Exchange 2010 Windows (2008 or higher) systems or server administration experience.

  • 5+ years' of experience software/hardware technical support experience in Microsoft Exchange 2007/201x environment.

  • 5+ years' experience with leveraging mobile device management (MDM) platform to securely deliver updates and applications to mobile devices.

  • 5+ years' experience using the MDM solution to provide reports on device statistics, perform device audits, and inventory

  • 5+ years' experience with enterprise-scale OTA deployment of mobile devices

  • 5+ years' experience in mobile device troubleshooting methods - both client and server-side

  • 5+ years' experience with Android, OS and iOS and Good for Enterprise (GFE).

  • Experience with Blackberry UEM

  • Knowledge of DNS, WINS, and DHCP

  • Knowledge of enterprise-level mobile device management application

  • Familiarity with Active Directory design and deployment experience in various migration scenarios of Active Directory and Exchange 201x.

  • COMPTIA Security +

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience with HP storage array systems

  • Experience using enterprise level ticket routing system (Remedy preferred)

  • Good Microsoft Office skills

Other qualifications include:

  • Detail-oriented and able to organize information

  • Strong customer service and oral/written communication skills required.

  • Ability to work independently and produce results, given general priorities, required.

The ideal candidate will review, evaluate and address the enterprise mobility environment and the supporting infrastructure. Implements and maintains mobility services for a server and client environment. Interacts with the customer to maintain and implement technical solutions to enhance and modernize the customer environment. Maintains solutions and manages the life cycle to improve customer enterprise in terms of capacity, functionality, end-user-services, innovation, business needs, and other requirements. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures. Provides support on projects and is considered to be a mid-level engineer. The Mobility Systems Administrator shall create or update operations and maintenance documentation for all Collaboration Services systems and Mobility Systems. The Mobility Systems administrator shall respond to tier two, three and four Collaboration and Mobility Services trouble tickets and document all corrective actions in the trouble ticket repository. The Mobility System Administrator shall track time and actions in the Enterprise Project Management system when requested by the government. The Mobility System Administrator shall sustain all technology in accordance with DoD standards and guidance. Specific Skills and duties may be the following.
