The Office 365 Exchange Support Engineer will work with the Toyota teams that are responsible for project related Exchange activities and be a technical programming lead for Microsoft Exchange projects.
Duties will include creating PowerShell scripts for Office 365, custom software implementations, and advanced troubleshooting. The candidate will perform engineering level software work and be highly capable in documenting processes and change management.
Required Technical Skills
MCSA: Office 365 certification a PLUS
5+ years of experience with email engineering and administration of Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2013, and Microsoft Outlook 2016, 2013.
3+ years of experience with Office 365.
3+ years of experience with email security appliances (Proofpoint).
Proficient with PowerShell and other scripting skills used to automate messaging processes and reporting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Active Directory Attributes.
Excellent research and troubleshooting skills
Solid fundamentals in parsing through logs for wire shark / netmon captures
Knowledgeable of Change Management processes.
Technical documentation skills
Must be able to handle confidential information
