Excel Data Analyst
Provide data and supporting statistics for both financial and Key Performance indicators to assist with the operation of call center.
Produce financial reporting including client invoicing, cost analysis, and budget forecasting.
Perform daily and weekly performance calculations and distribute reports on key metrics such as handling time, hold time, calls per hour and transfer rate.
Identify and develop new reporting methods, templates, and tools that will lead to improvement in key metrics.
Streamline and automate processes and reports.
Compiling raw data sources to produce business reports and executive-level presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
Excellent communication skills, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong knowledge of MS Office. Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, including ability to write advanced formulas and use pivot tables to perform calculations. Knowledge in MS Access and Power BI a plus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Ability to utilize abstract reasoning techniques in order to build reporting logic and establish creative solutions.
Ability to manage time and balance multiple priorities.
Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
