Excel Data Analyst
Essential Duties
Provide data and supporting statistics for both financial and Key Performance indicators to assist with the operation of call center.
Produce financial reporting including client invoicing, cost analysis, and budget forecasting.
Perform daily and weekly performance calculations and distribute reports on key metrics such as handling time, hold time, calls per hour and transfer rate.
Identify and develop new reporting methods, templates, and tools that will lead to improvement in key metrics.
Streamline and automate processes and reports.
Compiling raw data sources to produce business reports and executive-level presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong knowledge of MS Office. Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, including ability to write advanced formulas and use pivot tables to perform calculations. Knowledge in MS Access and Power BI a plus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Ability to utilize abstract reasoning techniques in order to build reporting logic and establish creative solutions.
Ability to manage time and balance multiple priorities.
Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

We are currently recruiting for a Psychologist at Central Regional Hospital (CRH). The Psychologist provides a range of psychological and behavioral assessment services to patients with severe and persistent mental illness, severe behavior disorders, and co-occuring disorders, substance abuse, and dementia in coordination with interdisciplinary treatment teams. Job responsibilities include the following: * Primary emphasizes on providing age and need-appropriate evidence-based behavioral assessment and interventions as well as cognitive and adaptive assessments for use by the interdisciplinary treatment team to enhance case conceptualization and treatment planning. * Participate in the interdisciplinary treatment planning process including the design, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans, including behavioral interventions and unit-wide behavioral systems intended to improve cognitive, behavioral, social, emotional, and adaptive functioning of patients. * Provide evidence-based group and individual behavioral therapy, skills training, and team related patient services in accordance with treatment plans. This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package including health insurance and retirement. Normal work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., however, flexibility is required to meet hospital needs. Qualified candidates must document on the application that they clearly possess all of the following: * Competency in the provision of psychological treatment including individual and group psychotherapy, techniques for increasing adaptive behavior such as shaping, differential reinforcement of behavior, modeling, and behavioral skills training, and in techniques for reducing problem behavior via contingency management. * Skill in proper application and interpretation of age appropriate psychological assessments, tests and measures, and in preparing and presenting comprehensive, cohesive reports. * Skill in engaging patients and their caretakers in the development of age-appropriate treatment plans and the ability to adapt them to the cognitive and physical skills and limitations of impaired adults. * Ability to translate knowledge and information about ethnic and cultural backgrounds into treatment interventions. This includes the consideration of cultural norms and values in assessments, treatment, and training. ADA Physical requirements will be discussed during the interview. Visual attention, mental concentration, and manipulative skills are necessary of assessment, treatment, and documentation and are needed most of the time. Management Preference: * Master's/specialist degree in psychology from an appropriately accredited institution. * Eligibility for or certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board preferred. * Experience or training working with children, adolescents, or adults with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Eligibility for licensure in North Carolina under the provisions of the NC Psychology Practice Act (G.S. 90-270).
