Position Summary:

Keeps the outside grounds clean free of all debris, and outside garbage cans empty. This includes, but is not limited to, the parking lots/garage, access roads, sidewalks, Porte cocheres.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

• Keeps outside grounds free of all debris.

• Cleans exterior windows.

• Empty outside garbage cans.

• Receive and follow cleaning assignments as directed, including biohazards.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.

• Must have good communication and verbal skills.

• Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions.

• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

• Must be willing to walk, stoop, bend and lift up to 60 lbs. for an 8-hour shift.

• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Preferred:

• Experience in grounds maintenance preferred.
