Pay Ranges $16-$18 Plus Commission

PURPOSE

The Events & Catering Specialist is responsible for responding to incoming inquiries from guests, providing knowledgeable and detailed information to guests about the Company's services, and completing the booking via Company standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promptly answer incoming telephone calls and email inquiries from guests

• Provide friendly, accurate, and concise information to all inquires

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the Company's products and services

• Obtain accurate guest orders and maintain the Company's database per departmental standards

• Ensure booked events are properly communicated and executed

• Participate in Company-wide marketing initiatives

• Assists and/or completes additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Sales skills preferred

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

• Conflict Resolution skills

• Strong ability to multi-task and in a high paced environment

• Strong communication and people skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Must demonstrate commitment, dedication, and self-motivation

• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful but not mandatory.
