Under the supervision of the Director of Theatre and Dance, the Events Manager is responsible for planning and executing details pertaining to events including but not limited to recruitment and alumni relations, theatre productions, and concerts. The Events Manager also oversees the Box Office and all Box Office student workers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Box Office website including creating events and proper maintenance.

  • Promptly returning ticket or concert inquiries via phone or email.

  • Planning events under the direction of the Associate Dean of Performing Arts or the Director of Theatre and Dance. Taking direct responsibility or delegating tasks for events.

Minimum Requirements

The Events Manager should have some experience and/or education in the area of event or box office management
