Pay Range- 20-22 Per Hour, Potential for OT

Assists Events Sales Manager and banquet team with all onsite events, order necessary equipment and supplies, maintain inventory of promotional materials, business cards, brochures, menus, review events post contracting for additional details, scheduled guest follow-ups, final guest count, payment schedule, respond to voicemail messages, input initial contact and website RFP, update database, assist with BEO and internal event reporting, attend meetings, update and create floorplans, kitchen BEO and F&B team on changes within 7 days of event, deposit/payment processing, post event reconciliation, maintain sales files, assist with all aspects of passholder events, update pricing/menu changes in eventpro360 distribute brochures, lead retrievals, direct mail campaigns, promote HMCC at offsite events including festivals, trade shows, sales meetings as needed. Track hours & operations for facility amenities & restaurants, update menus and sales kit assembly, prepare presentations for sales meetings, assist with registration for onsite events, Room Reservation Schedule: (public, private & internal events) Assist in any special projects. Perform other duties as assigned.

Properly schedule use of facilities and banquet spaces, assist banquet manager with inventory controls, ensure in-house amenities are in working order and stocked including table numbers, candles, in-house décor, AV and event related collateral, schedule vendor arrivals, collect vendor insurance, monitor and collect in-house event invoices for passholder events, communicate with day of event planners, assist with run of show timelines, communicate with banquet captains regarding details on behalf of client, highlight and verbally confirm allergy or special concerns with kitchen and banquet team, reconcile any payment disputes or payment shortages, add night of expenses and audit post event details and feedback from operations.
