EVENTS ASSOCIATE, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL)-North America, to perform complex and diverse administrative duties in support of high-profile J-PAL NA events, including large conferences and trainings involving high-level participants from government, private, nonprofit, and academic sectors. Primary duties include assisting with event planning and providing logistical and administrative support for meetings and events; researching and identifying conference space, lodging, and catering options; assisting with event advertising and registration; providing support to event participants; maintaining data systems; and performing other duties as assigned.

DUTIES: Deploy Tufin Orchestration Suite at customers and manage the full life cycle of deployment from planning to completion. Provide onsite and remote software/hardware and consultative professional services. Provide Tufin customers with technical expertise for solution implementations including customer discovery sessions, solution design, software installation and configuration, functional and integration testing, technical documentation and knowledge transfer. Work with account teams and customers to implement Tufin Orchestration Suite solutions. Lead value-added services such as process automation, best practices, and integration activities. Provide routine adoption-based tasks including health checks and abbreviated training. Function as a technical resource for best practices and how-to questions. Participate in post-sales customer meetings, presentations, requirements gathering, solution design, and competitive positioning. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Support, Engineering and Sales teams in order to identify opportunities for improvement. REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or a related field is required and a minimum of 5 years of experience in networking and security systems including advanced network solution design and development, experience with pre/post sale customer facing activities, security and network consulting, hands-on system administration skills, hands-on experience implementing Security Orchestration tools in large enterprise companies, Linux, TCP/IP, routing technologies, firewall technologies and vendors, Cisco IOS, VPN, basic scripting and programming, private and public cloud technologies, networking devices including switches and routers, and virtual routing and software-defined networking or firewall administration and configuration (CheckPoint, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper). Must have Firewall vendor professional-level certification (such as CCIE, PCNSE, etc) or InfoSec professional-level certification (such as CISSP) required. 1 year of direct experience deploying and consulting with the Tufin Orchestration Suite required. Candidates lacking a degree must have 7 years of work experience including certification and experience listed above.
