Event Team Sales Associate

Our events team will attend local events, fundraisers and bake sales that are scheduled by our event coordinator. The team is responsible for picking up product from the home bakery and arriving at the events early to setup and will remain for the entirety of the event as a sales associate.

The team will then breakdown the table and return to home bakery once the event is over. Promptly greet guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine interests and needs and follows NbC Sweet Steps of Service to create a superior guest experience. • Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, and special promotions. • Process guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing point-of-sale system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club to benefit from special promotions and remain connected. • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene. • Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record. Compensation: $14.00 per hour
