This part-time role will ultimately be responsible for increasing sales and brand awareness by creating dynamic, informative, and hands-on experiences with prospective consumers at high-traffic retail locations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness of HP Products

  • Actively engage customers delivering concise and compelling demonstrations of HP features

  • Clearly explain key product differentiators to consumers

  • Make significant impact on sales and improve the customers' buying experience while intercepting store foot traffic

  • Build and maintain proper brand presence through interaction & in store merchandising of HP products

  • Generate in store buzz through passion and engagement for the HP Brand

  • Build strong professional relationships with all in store personnel

  • Ensure that HP in store displays are clean, functional, and demo ready

  • Gather competitive intelligence and report on specific tactics including price moves, new products and

  • merchandising materials

  • Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines

  • Maintain knowledge of all HP products within location in order to be a subject matter expert onsite

  • Additional miscellaneous duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

  • Regular and prompt attendance

  • Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals

  • Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints

Qualifications:

  • Must be tech savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology

  • Retail sales experience is a plus

  • Independent, full of energy, and motivated team player in a fast paced environment

  • Impeccable oral, verbal and written communications and presentation skills

  • Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude

  • Outgoing and friendly working demeanor with store associates, customers and co workers

  • Ability to communicate effectively in 1:1 and small group settings in a busy retail environment

  • Must own a Smartphone for the purposes of timecard, visit reporting and in aisle training delivery ($25/ mo reimbursement provided)

  • Ability to work a flexible part time schedule, Saturday and Sunday required

  • Ability to lift, carry and setup a portable demonstration table and potential customer giveaway items to and from your vehicle and assigned store location(s)

  • Reliable transportation capable of holding the necessary items from your home to assigned store location(s

  • Ability to lift and carry PC and Printer boxes to assist customers and set small displays as needed

  • Bi-lingual is plus

  • Has a "do whatever it takes" attitude and positive mindset

FedEx Office Career Preview Position Summary This team member will have primary responsibility for coordinating the inbound/outbound package activities of the in-center parcel management operation. This team member will be receiving, processing, staging and delivering all inbound and outbound packages from the venue/center utilizing an electronic last mile tracking system with limited supervision. This team member will regularly interface with all levels inside the venue and event customer's organizations. The team member must be proficient with a variety of computer systems and have the ability to meet the physical demands of the position. This team member is required to perform many functions within the center, including all functions performed by Center Consultant team members. General Duties and Responsibilities (This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform, and is not intended to be all-inclusive) * Primary responsibility for coordination of all shipping related services and activities, include: * Maintain log of all incoming and outgoing parcels, prepare parcels for pickup by delivery drivers, and sort incoming parcels * Utilize proprietary software and equipment to execute necessary job functions. Responsible for mobile equipment assigned on a daily basis (where applicable) * May pick-up and deliver customer packages throughout the hotel facility * Provide customer service, including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives and problem solving, and is able to satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Utilize pallet jacks and other large package handling equipment (where applicable) * Follow all Equipment Safety and Package Security guidelines * Provide customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates * Ensure quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services, as well as offering information about company products and services * Offer assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods.
