What will you be doing as an Event Set-up Associate?
Prepare meeting and banquet facilities for scheduled events. Respond to requests for extra furnishings such as tables, chairs, lecterns, whiteboards, etc. Maintain meeting and banquet facilities to meet departmental standards. Work in collaboration with the Events Office staff, Catering staff and customer to ensure setups are to customer specification.
High School Diploma/GED.
Work standards and productivity, communication, interpersonal and intercultural relations, decision making and dependability.
Ability to work effectively with individuals from different viewpoints and backgrounds utilizing HFS ACTS and teamwork in daily work activity.
Technical competencies in basic mathematics, ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds frequently and 60 pounds occasionally, climb ladders, attention to detail, and stand, walk, reach and stoop extensively.
