Event Scheduler

Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking an Event Scheduler to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Common Access Platform (JCAP). The successful candidate will serve at the Fort Meade Maryland site. This position is contingent upon award.

Prepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing events on the Platform. Determines, monitors, and reviews manpower requirements.

Analyzes effects of events upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 12+ Years with HS; 10+ Years with AA; 5+ Years with BS; 2+ Years with MS; 0+ Years with PhD

• High degree of organization and communications skills

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, adaptable teams in high‐OPTEMPO environments.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master's Degree in a STEM subject, particularly systems engineering, network engineering, or cybersecurity OR Associates or Bachelors degree in computer science, or engineering or its equivalent with 15+ years' relevant experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
