The Event Sales Administrator is responsible for building strong teams - through development, effective staff and guest engagement. They are accountable for a variety of venue sales functions, such as: event scheduling, event inventory management, event prospecting and event execution.

As the Event Sales Administrator, you will:

• Answer phones in a timely fashion and assist guests displaying a positive & professional attitude.

• Qualify leads and put them into rotation as they are received.

• Make event packets and ensure all events are booked correctly.

• Manage the guest booking schedule daily, with guest lists and communicate all updates to the respective teams.

• Complete event closeouts, relaying any discrepancies between agreements and payments to the sales leadership team.

• Review & Print BEO's for the culinary team for the following week's events and for the sales team for the BEO meetings.

• Proactively identify ways to improve the office processes and elevate team excellence.

• Must be able to multi-task and handle various event needs.

What experience you will need to be successful:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, sales or administrative role.

• 1+ year of experience in sales or events related function.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management and organization skills.
