Freddie Mac is recruiting for an Events Planning Professional in the Single-Family division. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Conferences and Events and be part of a team responsible for event management and coordination.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with management of Single-Family internal and external meetings and events, including site selection, AV, conference registration, catering, entertainment, dcor, transportation, and housing

  • Manage event budgets

  • Ensure that events appropriately represent the corporation's brand

  • Coordinate the activities with marketing strategy, creative, technology and communications

  • Typically has 6 to 8 years of related experience (minimum 5 years)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and/or equivalent experience

  • Strong knowledge of conference and events planning experience

  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at same time with demonstrated experience in consistently delivering high quality results

  • Ability to work well with all level stakeholders

  • Proven ability to adapt to fast paced and ever changing environment

  • Travel up to 20%
