Systems Engineer) Client: Health Care Insurance Company Duration: 12 Months Location: Baltimore, MD 21224 Job Description:
Monitor enterprise-wide systems, applications, and critical processes using Dynatrace and other tools. Improve processes, identify inefficiencies, and document procedures. Requires flexible shift work in a 24/7 operation; can be fully remote.
Responsibilities: Perform eyes-on-glass monitoring using Dynatrace. Coordinate critical business processes for efficiency. Conduct system health checks and manage event responses.
Author reports and participate in incident reviews. Required Qualifications: 5 years of systems engineering experience, 2 years in NOC/TOC roles. Proficiency in Dynatrace and performance monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills. Desired Qualifications: Experience with Splunk, SCOM, or SolarWinds.
Background in process management or ServiceNow. Education: Bachelor's Degree In Lieu of Education: Additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
