Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event & Merchandise Manager located in Weymouth, MA. The Event & Merchandise Manager will be responsible for planning and managing large scale dance competitions and conventions, ensuring smooth operations, leading teams and having detailed communications with vendors, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Additionally, this role will lead our merchandising team, manage tour merchandise keep a close pulse on profits, inventory counts and loss prevention. Key Responsibilities Execute daily operations necessary to prepare for large scale events. Keep close, detailed communication with host venues.

Hire, lead and train merchandise sales associates. Order tour merchandise, maintaining tight budgets and timelines Inventory control, loss prevention. Collaborate with team members to create clear goals within a budget.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, marketing or related field Preferred 1-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination or logistics. Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Stills Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills Ability to Multitask and Work Under Pressure Previous experience in the competitive dance industry is a plus Working Conditions Working conditions include in-office, remote work and some travel.
