Your Title: Event Marketing Specialist

Job Location: Westminster, Co - Hybrid

Are you a highly organized, creative, and motivated person with a passion for event management? Come join us as a vital member of the Trimble Dimensions Annual User Conference team!

What You Will Do

Primarily focus on planning our annual Dimensions User Conference, specifically the yearly onsite exhibition and bi-yearly construction offsite. This will include event planning, management, and production.

• Assist in every aspect of the expo program, including planning, production, and execution

• Assist with the sponsorship of Exhibitor Resource Center deliverables and ensure assets are received before the event- Manage shipping/ receiving of freight

• Interface with vendors and labor unions and manage internal staff teams for the exhibition and offsite programs

• Arrange insurance coverage and ensure legal, health, and safety requirements are adhered to

• Oversee on-site setup, logistics, and operations, and serve as the primary point of contact; supervising the dismantling and removal of stands

• Plann for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event

• Some travel as needed

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event management or related field

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with others, collaborate and develop positive business relationships both within and outside the organization

• Working with agencies and event-related vendors

• Experience managing budgets and contracts

• Successfully planning and executing large-scale corporate events

• Multi-tasker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoys managing several projects at once

• Determined event professional who perseveres toward challenging goals despite obstacles who is organized and articulate and pays close attention to detail with flexibility and humor

What Skills & Experience You Could Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, similar field or equivalent experience

• Google Workspace (Drive Sheets, Slides, Docs)

• Project management (Wrike)

• Experience with event registration software (Rainfocus preferred)

About Your Location

This role will report out of the Westminster, Colorado Trimble office. You will be a Hybrid employee with the ability to work in the office 3 days per week
