The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing a wide range of corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and networking events.

This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. This position is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our team's success and help us continue to provide top-tier experiences for our clients and partners. Responsibilities: 1.

Plan, organize, and execute various events including but not limited to conferences, seminars, trade shows, and networking events. 2. Oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including identifying target audience, defining event format, coordinating speakers and content, planning logistics, and managing on-site event operations. 3. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of event strategy with overall business objectives. 4.

Drive group sales by identifying potential clients and partners, conducting outreach, and fostering relationships. 5. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective service provision. 6. Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes to key stakeholders. 7.

Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standards, reflecting the company’s brand and values. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and management 2.

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or related field preferred 3. Proven track record in managing successful large-scale corporate events. 4. Strong knowledge of group sales and experience in driving sales growth. 5.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. 7. High level of creativity and problem-solving ability. 8.
