Position Summary:
Member of a Crew that is responsible for event logistics including event set-up and teardown; area flyer distribution and grounds/site preparation; and site management including, but not limited to, maintenance and security support as directed by the Event Manager. Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizational Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Team Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Liaising with team members concerning team roles, responsibilities, and areas
Assisting in the planning and implementation of team projects and initiatives
Helping to coordinate and manage project and initiative tasks and deliverables.
Analyzing, presenting, and reporting on key performance indicators and progress
Coordinating routine and non-routine tasks and activities including, but not limited to, scheduling and documenting meetings, account and vendor management, and operations support including administration and finance support.
Performing other duties required to support Team roles and responsibilities.

Group and Project Role Summary:
Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Events
Leafleting
Door-to-door delivery of flyers to private homes, businesses and lots in assigned areas
Hand-to-hand distribution of flyers in assigned public places
Flyer distributors are required to deliver all the promotional material they have been given.
For hand-to-hand flyer distribution, must exchange polite greetings with the passers-by you interact with and provide information regarding the initiative or event being promoted.
Event Prep
Perform Pre-Event grounds maintenance as necessary.
Perform any required maintenance on event furniture, fixtures or equipment
Chalking the site as needed to facilitate efficient set-up
Assist with tasks that relate to the general upkeep and cleanliness of the site and adjacent areas
Events
Unloading equipment, materials, etc., from storage and vehicles and setting up venues for events, including chairs, tables, canopies and stages.
Working under the instructions of an Event Manager.
Ensuring the event space is clean and organized.
Undertaking security support duties.
Setting up lighting and sound equipment.
Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list.
Adhering to event safety standards.
Ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
Packing up equipment when the event is completed.
Your Lead may assign other duties at any time.

Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
Attention to details even under pressure.
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Word processing, spreadsheet, email and project management software familiarity and basic skills
Physical Demands:
Essential functions of the position require the employee to use a telephone, work at a standard computer terminal and be able to follow reasonable ergonomic recommendations, sit for long periods of time, repetitive motions, stand, reach, lift and carry 20 pounds, and bend. Valid Drivers License and current auto insurance may be required for logistics and event coordination.
