The Event Coordinator oversees all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept to completion, ensuring flawless implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating various events, developing event strategies aligned with organizational goals, managing logistics and operations, collaborating with marketing teams for event promotion, managing attendee registration and check-in processes, collecting post-event feedback, and preparing reports for evaluation.

An ideal candidate will possesses at least two years of event planning experience, demonstrates excellent organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, and is proficient in using computer software. Additionally, flexibility to work varied hours and physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds during events is required.
