About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating impactful experiences that drive brand awareness. In this role, you will support and manage events that enhance our product experience and support customer acquisition. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, developing cutting-edge event ideas and concepts that align with our brand and business goals, all while ensuring these events leave a lasting impact on audiences around the globe.
Responsibilities
Work on events annually for domestic and global markets to grow brand awareness and create unique experiences for our residents
Help the team define event goals, conceptualize strategies to achieve these goals, and develop unique creative aspects for each event
Oversee a variety of event aspects, including vendor management, on-site event management, delivering the agreed-upon experience, and evaluating event success through recap and reporting
Research, create, and track event budgets: source vendors, evaluate proposals, maintain contracts, ensure deliverables, and manage timely payment schedules
Collaborate across departments to execute a consistent event marketing strategy, including email distribution, social media, and surveys
Travel as needed for events
Ideal Background
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
2-4 years of experience coordinating events, including budgeting
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Results-oriented with a track record of successfully completing tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in all aspects of planning: catering, staffing, permitting, logistics, A/V systems, lighting, fire safety, liquor, and insurance
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
Brand and marketing experience a plus
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
