About the position

Join our growing events team and play a pivotal role in growing and engaging our advisor community through industry tradeshows & hosted events. As a key member, you'll report directly to the Senior Events Manager and contribute significantly to the success of our event initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage the end-to-end logistics of trade show participation, from materials shipping and vendor facilitation to on-site setup and team member communications.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align trade show activities with the overall company messaging and goals.

  • Event Marketing: Create and manage marketing efforts before, during, and after tradeshows to increase engagement and ROI.

  • Financial Oversight: Support budget planning, invoice processing, and post-event reconciliation of all event-related costs.

  • Speaker and Presentation Coordination: Assist in coordinating speakers and presentations to enhance the overall impact of our presence at trade shows.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with brand, design, and content teams to develop necessary event collateral and assets.

  • Lead Generation: You will take direct responsibility for facilitating lead generation at trade show events, which will include on-site lead collection activities.

  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to measure trade show participation's success and identify areas for improvement.

  • On-Site Management: Oversee the setup, coordination, and breakdown of trade show activities on-site to ensure a seamless and professional presence.

  • Hosted Event Coordination: Assist in efforts to plan & manage Altuist-hosted events.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B event coordination.

  • Knowledge and understanding of tradeshow and conference industry.

  • Familiarity with the financial industry major plus.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time (domestic travel only).

Note: This is a hybrid position out of our San Francisco office.

San Francisco, CA salary range

$90-$120 USD

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs).
