We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at The Rehab Center and Memory Care at Bristol!
Key Responsibilities include:
Promptly and warmly meet, greet and answer phone calls and directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department.
Conduct facility tours for inquiring customers as needed.
Distribute mail (interoffice, courier and regular mail) and coordinate courier pick ups.
Provides excellent customer service and general support to our facility.
Conducts and assists with general office work
Ensures organization and completion of new hire paperwork.
Processes all required paperwork and employee notifications.
Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word and knowledge of Paychex Payroll system. Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills.
Professional, friendly, dependable and punctual individuals.
