Eagleville Hospital is currently seeking a Full time Evening Therapist for its Older Adult Unit.
Prepares Personal Histories, Bio-psychosocial Assessments, Comprehensive Treatment Plans, Treatment Plan Reviews and Revisions, and PCPC's
Conducts group counseling, individual counseling, family sessions, psycho educational and specialty groups with clients as assigned and documents appropriately and within hospital timeframes
Assists clients in maintaining contact with external systems when necessary including: Probation or Parole Officer, DPA, DHS, Employers, Funding Sources, and other case management as required
Maintaining treatment planning and patient progress in the documentation tracking system
Conducts and participates in case conference with patient and treatment team
Hours for this position are Sunday through Thursday 12pm-8pm
The minimum qualification is a Bachelor's Degree in a health or human services field. Master's Degree preferred.
One year of clinical experience in a health or human service agency, preferably in a setting that serves individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders is required.
Mental health experience a must.
Eagleville Hospital, located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is a private non-profit organization dedicated to the treatment, education, and prevention of substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and acute psychiatric disorders. The hospital serves as a regional resource for the treatment and prevention of alcohol and drug abuse, as well as a national resource for training and research for addiction and related conditions. The hospital also houses an older adult unit, which is short-term program for clients aged 55 years and older in need of a secure, therapeutic environment. The hospital also houses a 16-bed acute psychiatric unit.
