A Lodge Turndown Attendant is responsible for turning down beds, placing complimentary items, sets lights, and performs all other turn-down functions to ensure an inviting and restful environment for our Lodge guests.

A Lodge Turndown Attendant has the ability to follow all procedures and guidelines for a thorough room cleaning.
Efficient note taking skills on guest preferences. These preferences are reported to the Housekeeper Supervisor.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
Prior cleaning experience required.
Must have prior guest contact experience.
Must be able to use a Smartphone
