Evening Part-Time Rental Agent

Job Description Job Description Budget has a couple of openings for evening Rental Agents at the airport in Lincoln. The position will be handling customer reservations and closing sales.

This position earns commission with total earnings up to $20/hr. Hours will be 7:00pm-11:30pm. Job Duties Greet customers using standard dialogue Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.

Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage Report damages to on-duty supervisor Scan returning vehicles back into system Provide computerized receipt to customer Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc. Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed Company Description Budget Car and Truck Rental is the largest car rental licensee in the US.
