Evening Facilities Worker - Scrubber Operator

Who we are looking for: Scrubber Operator

Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 3pm-12am

Location: Smyrna, TN

Department: Operations

Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor

Summary: Candidate will use a ride on sweeper scrubber to clean factory floors/ pick up debris, sweep and mop designated warehouse areas, and clean handrails & Guardrails. Other janitorial duties may apply.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming • Machine Scrub floors (All Floors) • Other cleaning duties as needed. Qualifications • Must pass drug screen and background check. • A strong work ethic • The ability to work alone or within a team is a must

• Training will be provided.

Education/Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Six months of facilities experience preferred

• Six months of manufacturing experience preferred

• Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
