Lead core Evaporator and Blower Assembly (EBA) new technology development
Oversee EBA modularity plans
Oversee EBA benchmarking
Capture lessons learned and develop EBA module requirements and specifications
Manage communication to supplier and application team engineers
Interface with core NVH & AHSS engineers
Data driven problem solving
Recommend, review and approve DV and PV plans
Track and provide ED&T estimates for EBA development
Support resolution of manufacturing issues
Assist in making sourcing quote package and technical assessment of suppliers
Maintain foundation documents such as DFMEA, boundary diagram, etc.
Some travel may be required
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree
Knowledge of AHSS design, NVH, reliability, requirements, and futuring
Working knowledge of module and subsystem interfaces
Working knowledge of vehicle communication and software including over the air updates and cyber security
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and effectively communicate to management
Demonstrated delivery of results
Ability to balance objectives and resolve conflicts
Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and follow-up
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
Working knowledge of FMEA's, 8-D's, 6-Panels
Knowledge of Project, Excel, Word and Outlook
Familiar with TCE
Working knowledge of Ford AIM's, WERS
Ability to communicate clearly and express new ideas
