As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the creation and management of programs aimed at facilitating the transition to electric vehicles. Your work will directly contribute to making this transition easier and more cost-effective for our community.Team and Work Environment: You'll be part of a tight-knit team of approximately 12 individuals focused on developing and supporting programs that promote electrification of transportation. This team collaborates closely to deliver incentives and rebates, driving the adoption of electric vehicles. You'll interact extensively with teammates from various departments including Marketing, Customer Experience, Grid Edge, IT, Data, and Construction.Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Your typical day will involve supporting the program management of our Municipal Curbside Charging Collaboration. Additionally, you'll manage relationships with external partners, particularly with PBOT for pole and curbside charging initiatives. Expect a high level of cross-functional collaboration, as you work closely with internal teams to ensure program readiness and successful implementation.Top Priorities: In your first few weeks and months, your top priorities will include understanding the Municipal Curbside Program thoroughly and ensuring it's prepared for launch and construction. This will involve extensive internal collaboration and coordination across departments.Challenges: One of the primary challenges in this role will be adapting to new technologies, potential integrations, complex data sets, and establishing connections within the organization to facilitate smooth program execution.Education and Experience: Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience, preferably with a 4-year degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, or a related field.
