Technical / Functional Skills:

• Experience on Core end user technologies such Windows desktop, laptop, MacBook, Tablet, iPad, printer , outlook

• Proficient in AD, Windows and MaC OS operating system

• Windows 10 Autopilot via Intune

• Bitlocker Encryption through Intune.

• Experience in SCCM, OS and Software distribution technologies.

• Expertise in Windows 10 Migration solutions from Window 7/ Windows 8/ windows 8.1 etc.

• Experience supporting ELT teams

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge on Hardware Troubleshooting of Laptop, MacBook Desktop and Printer.

• Configuring and maintaining of Client Secure Printer Service and server L2 support

• Windows platform OS and application related knowledge.

• Basic level of MAC devices support.

• Management of IOS and Android mobility devices.

• Front end customer discussion on architecting and solution for end user IT infrastructure.

• Understanding on Mobile Device Management(MDM) and Mobile Application Management(MAM).

• Understanding of SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications.
