Summary of Position:

The EU Content Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the digital shelf remains accurate and compliant. They collaborate with the EU Digital Shelf Specialist to prioritize SKUs and markets, monitor content accuracy initiatives through compliance tools, and work with the EU Customer Care team on audits and monitoring. Additionally, they are responsible for the correct syndication of hero and carousel images, addressing any content suppressions, and liaising with the Global Syndication Specialist to resolve item setup and backend attribution issues. They also serve as the primary contact for Amazon product page suppression escalations, ensuring all content meets the highest standards of compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor EU content accuracy through automated audit tools for our entire Amazon portfolio in the EU5.

• Collaborate with EU Digital Shelf Specialist to identify focus SKUs and markets to prioritize maintenance.

• Work with EU Customer Care team on content accuracy audits and content monitoring opportunities.

• Ensure all hero and carousel images are syndicating correctly. Elevate any page/content suppressions.

• Work closely with the Global Syndication Specialist to identify and fix item setup and backend attribution issues.

• Act as main point of contact for Amazon product page suppression escalations.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in spoken and written English and at least 1 additional language (French, Spanish, German, Italian preferred)

• Experience and success working in a cross-functional organisation, and a global mindset.

• Strong initiative for taking action

• Proven record of working collaboratively to accomplish goals.

Relationships:

• Reports to Sr. Manager Digital Shelf Team

• Collaboration with EU Digital Shelf Specialist, Global Syndication Specialist, Sales Team, Customer Care, and International Search Marketing Manager
