Etrm Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

The ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting EnLink's Gas Accounting and Settlement System (Currently W Energy). Duties include:

• Troubleshoot with the appropriate level of detail for the vendor team and end users to resolve functional issues and build solutions.

• Support end-users in all departments with ad-hoc or formal training requests.

• Field questions from end-users and assist with data issues and errors.

• Assist in creative setup solutions for complex settlement needs.

• Maintain system functional design documents.

• Complete analysis and testing for system upgrades, patches and custom code releases.

• Execute system configuration and ad-hoc reports development.

• Available to support after hours on business-critical situations and scheduled tasks.

• Assist in end of month/quarterly processing.

• Interact and support application vendor team working on logged issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems or related area.

• 5+ years of ETRM/ERP experience required, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.

• 3+ years of experience Accounting and Settlement Management, W Energy strongly preferred.

• 1-5 years of experience in application support.

• Experience with system upgrades and/or implementations.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.

• A strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.

• Familiarity with front to back-office system data flow in Gas Marketing, including but not limited to Measurement, Contract Management, Accounting, Commercial Relations, and Settlements.

• Ability to create complex pricing provisions and report views.

• Capable of testing business scenarios from deal capture to invoicing.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail.

• Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high quality standard.
