Job Description

The Bank is seeking an experienced ETL developer to join its IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing the solutions by working closely with business analysts, architects, SMEs, testing and support teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work as ETL Developer in the Compliance area

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the solutions, processes, configurations, and technical specifications

• Design the solutions for the business requirement

• Collaborate with testing team for quality assurance of the solution

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by BAU teams

• Adhere to best practices and coding standards in development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years in ETL area preferably in banking/financial domain

• Proven experience as ETL developer with strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Proficiency in the following technical skillset

• ETL tool such as Infomatica, SSIS, DataStage, TimeXtender

• Sql, Pl/sql

• Shell scripting / vb scripting / Python

• Batch knowledge with any tools such as Autosys, Control-M, Cybermation

• Compliance domain experience is a plus

Compensation:

The expected annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $140000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual's skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
