This role is responsible for executing data conversions between client systems and Daxko's products including ETL processing, and maintenance of internal tools designed for process automation. In order to succeed, you'll need to be highly motivated, comfortable in a team environment, and enjoy working with data from multiple sources.

What you'll be responsible for...

  • Maintenance and development of internal tools built for process automation (PHP, C#), including root cause analysis.

  • Building needed scripts to perform conversions with minimal help and post launch cases.

  • Designing and maintaining custom coding solutions built by internal team for ETL processes with little to no supervision.

  • Working closely with Implementation team/customers to communicate risks and/or roadblocks in current projects, explaining complex ideas in layman's terms.

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding KPI and performance planning expectations.

  • Providing feedback and solutions for custom scripting. Helping to identify and correct scripts/code with minimal help.

  • Performing process audits and helping to determine automated solutions to key areas of need.

  • Working with other teams (Project Managers, Trainers, Data Conversion, Product Consultants) to learn their processes and understand their roles in the implementation process

  • Working with other Customer Success teams on special projects where needed.

Qualifications

What skills and experiences are required...

  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of MySQL, SQL Server and table structure. Demonstrated ability to determine table structure and build statements.

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience involving:

  • Reporting and/or ETL Scripting using SQL (MySQL or SQL Server preferred; higher level database training preferred)

  • PL/SQL, T-SQL, and building routines for repeatability

  • Coding with PHP and/or C# preferred but not required

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years professional ETL/coding experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to put complex ideas into layman's terms.

  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to both work well on a team and work independently. High competency in attention to detail and prioritization.

  • Display consistent professional demeanor and make positive contributions to the team.

  • Possess strong analytical/problem solving skills.
